Apply Early Decision? You may be contacted for an interview by a member of the Penn Alumni Interview Program. Here are a few things to know:
Applicant names and contact information are provided to members of the Interview Program, who then contact students individually.
There is no pre-screening of applicant files, and alumni volunteers do not have access to student applications.
Applicants cannot request interviews. Interviews are scheduled based on availability of alumni interviewers.

Testing Submission Delays
The College Board has notified Penn that there will be a delay in releasing test-taker scores from the October 2014 administration in Korea and China. Students who are impacted by the delay will be contacted directly by the College Board.
Students impacted by this delay are asked to email Penn Admissions at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line noted as “Delayed SAT testing” and with their Common App ID in the body of the email. Early Decision applications will still be given consideration but these applicants should outline what alternative testing plans are being made for future tests.

Penn Supplement Essay Prompt for entry Fall 2015:
“The Admissions Committee would like to learn why you are a good fit for your undergraduate school choice (College of Arts and Sciences; School of Nursing; The Wharton School; Penn Engineering). Please tell us about specific academic, service, and/or research opportunities at the University of Pennsylvania that resonate with your background, interests, and goals."

To be considered for admission, an applicant must submit both the Common Application and Penn Writing Supplement.
Once you have submitted the Common Application and Penn Writing Supplement, you will receive login information within 48 hours to be able to submit the Penn Financial Aid Supplement. Financial Aid Supplements received after the November 3rd deadline will be processed as soon as possible.
